Pace of Play
To ensure that all golfers enjoy their experience here at Castlegregory Golf Links, players are asked to keep pace with the group in front of them.
If you find yourself having lost a hole on the group in front, please call through the group behind you. If searching for a lost ball, please consider calling through the group behind.
- Maximum Handicap requirements are:
- Ladies: 36
- Gentlemen: 28
- Single golfers and two-balls may be obliged to team up with other golfers to make a four-ball.
- Mobile/Cell phones are not permitted on the golf course or clubhouse.
- The Club does not accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property.
Dress Code
Neat and tidy appropriate golf attire must be worn at all times.
Payment – (Phone and Online Booking)
Payment in full will be taken to book tee times. You should report to the Clubhouse before beginning your round. If the Clubhouse is closed, you should call in after your round is complete.
Cancellation Policy
- Over 7 days’ notice to cancel – full refund
- Less than 7 days’ notice to cancel – 50% refund
- Less than 3 days’ notice to cancel – no refund
- No Shows – no refund
Tour Operators – full payment taken to book tee times. Greens fees are seasonal and subject to change without notice.
Failure to Cancel Your Booking
If you fail to cancel your booking, there will be no refund.
Course Closed
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), a full refund will be offered.
Booking Transferable
The booking is completely transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time, you can offer it to someone else such as a family member or friend.
Playing Groups
Any group booking with fewer than 4 players may be paired with other golfers to make a 4 ball.
Course Closure
In the event of course closure, where the Management deems the course unplayable, an alternative date will be offered (based on availability) or payment will be refunded in full.
Membership Policy / Renewal
All Memberships run from January to December. Renewal of membership must be completed by the last day of February of the current year.
What is a Juvenile?
A juvenile member must be between the ages of 8 and 18 years old on the date of application. Applications after June 1st will not be accepted.
What is a Student?
This membership category is suitable for anyone who is 18+ and currently a student. A copy of your student ID is required.
